remedy contamination caused by a tenant. Tenant agreed to conduct
comprehensive sampling and analysis of contamination and clean up one area
beyond state standards.
Assisted in defense of landfill operator in class action suit alleging
damages based on nuisance and trespass due to odor and bird impacts.
Represented the purchaser of contaminated property in a Model Toxics Control
Act contribution action against the seller after orchestrating the cleanup
of the property and obtaining a "No Further Action" letter from the state. Obtained favorable settlement terms as a result of the contribution action.
