Defended an EPA-permitted hazardous waste storage facility
that was the subject of an EPA enforcement action for violation of several
RCRA regulations. The case was resolved through payment of a negotiated
civil penalty.
Advised clients regarding the need for a county solid waste permit for
operation of onsite landfills.
